Hello all!
I've come across a frustrating problem – there's a strong vibration at certain speeds, and I've determined it's the driveshaft causing it. The vibration is worse around 80-90 km/h. Forum discussions suggest it's probably due to imbalance.
I'm trying to choose the best way to resolve this:
Take the driveshaft off and have it balanced at a shop. It's a reliable method, though it's a bit of a hassle and expensive. Some say you can balance it directly on the car. They balance it on a lift with some tools without taking it off.
Has anyone faced a similar driveshaft vibration issue? How did you address the driveshaft vibration issue, which method did you go with, and why?
I want to buy a portable balancer Balanset-1A, like this for Turbine Rotor Balancing In this store https://www.ebay.com/itm/395459586013
Are there any tips or things to watch out for? Any advice and recommendations would be very helpful!
